From the airport, we recommend taking a taxi with one of the companies located at the exit, just after customs (some examples include Taxi Directo, Taxi 365, Taxi Green, etc).

Please DO NOT take street taxis in Lima, it’s better to use Uber Comfort or Cabify (you can download their app).​

Walking is mostly safe especially around Miraflores, Barranco, and San Isidro districts. However, as in any large city, it’s best to be careful and avoid wearing flashy or valuable jewelry and watches while exploring the city.
